This beginner-level meditation course offers a comprehensive foundation for understanding and practicing meditation. It covers essential aspects of meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), and basic yoga poses, focusing on integrating body, breath, and mind to deepen the meditative experience. This course is conducted biannually in two beautiful locations: Satyadhara Yogalife Ashram in Choral, Indore, India, and Yogalife Ashram in Terra de Areia, Brazil.
