Example:

  • Consuming dry and strong substances like alcohol in arid regions aggravates Vata Dosha.
  • Eating oily and cold foods in marshy areas aggravates Kapha Dosha.
2. Kala Viruddha (Incompatibility with Seasons)
  • Relates to food choices that contradict seasonal variations.

Example:

  • Eating cold and heavy foods in winter aggravates Kapha Dosha.
  • Consuming hot foods during summer can cause Pitta imbalance.
3. Agni Viruddha (Incompatibility with Digestive Capacity)
